St. Patrick’s Athletic’s title challenge stumbled at the Carlisle Grounds as Bray Wanderers recorded an impressive victory over the high-flying Saints. Shane O’Neill put Bray ahead after just six minutes when he finished after running onto a long ball. However, the Saints levelled matters within two minutes when Danny North finished from close range after Dave McAllister’s header had been saved. Jake Kelly put the Seagulls back in front just after half-time and he then made it 3-1 when he volleyed past Gary Rogers Danny North pulled one back for the visitors deep into stoppage time but it was too little for the Saints. |
