Michael Leahy led by example as the UCD skipper scored a last-gasp winner at Hunky Dorsys Park to break Drogheda hearts.

 With the watch in the third minute of added time, Drogheda failed to clear a corner which Robbie Benson put back into the box for central defender Leahy to finish.

 

Samir Belhout put the Students in front on 14 minutes when converting Robbie Creevy's pass for his first goal for the club.

 

But Drogheda responded to score twice through Darragh McNamara and Brian Gannon and lead at the break.

 

Benson then set up Creevy to rifle in and equaliser for UCD six minutes into the second half.
