The EA SPORTS Cup is a knock-out competition involving Airtricity League clubs, as well as invited clubs from outside the Airtricity League.

 

Derry City are the current holders of the EA SPORTS Cup, having defeated Cork City in the 2011 final.

 

 

The FAI Ford Cup is the Blue Riband competition of Irish football and has a tremendous history of star players from the game in this country.

Sligo Rovers lifted the cup for the second year in a row in 2011 when they beat Shelbourne on penalties following a thrilling final at the Aviva Stadium.

EID Futsal won the 2011 FAI Futsal Cup after a thrilling final against Blue Magic at Gormanston College on Saturday, April 9.

Blue Magic had led 2-0 through Sergei Musteata and Lloyd Massey but were pegged back by goals from Ross Zambra and Badr Bouznig before Rodrigo De Melo claimed the trophy for EID Futsal.

EID Futsal will now go on to represent Ireland at the UEFA Futsal Cup this summer.
