Salthill Devon 1-3 Limerick
Saturday, 02 October 2010 22:13
Stephen O’Flynn scored twice late on as Limerick won for the first time in four games to keep their slim promotion hopes alive.
Robbie Porter knocked Limerick’s bright start on the head when putting bottom side Devon in front on four minutes.
But Sean Kelly fired past Ronan Forde from a corner on 32 minutes to level.
Limerick got well on top and had three goals disallowed before O’Flynn finally put them ahead on 83 minutes when Devon failed to clear a corner.
O’Flynn added the third in the final minute when his shot beat Forde with the help of a deflection.
