Late goals from Marc Hughes and substitute Mark Leech saw Shelbourne storm from behind to score a big win at Flancare Park. Victor Ekanem struck to fire past Dean Delaney to put Town in front on 68 minutes. But a late rally by promotion-chasing Shels saw striker Hughes get on the end of Sean Byrne’s cross to deservedly level on 86 minutes. Striker Leech then won it for the Dubliners a minute from time when punishing a blunder by keeper Stephen Conlon to fire to the net. That was harsh on Conlon who, just two minutes earlier, had made a stunning save to tip Hughes' header onto the crossbar. |
