Wexford Youths 1-2 Longford Town
Friday, 30 July 2010 22:13
Wexford Youths finished with ten men as Longford Town won away for only the second time this season.
Lee Roche shot home Chris Deans' flick from an Aiden Roche corner to give Town the lead on 29 minutes.
Youths battled back to level two minutes into stoppage time at the end of the first half with a terrific strike from Gary Sheahan.
But a red card for Anto Russell for a second booking following a challenge on Lee Roche made life difficult for Youths.
And Town duly got their winner on 84 minutes when substitute Jason Oladele lobbed Packie Holden.
