General Information

After establishing a reputation as one of the biggest clubs in junior football, Mervue United applied to take part in the inaugural season of the League of Ireland A Championship in 2008.

The club performed excellently and won a place in the promotion / relegation play-off, where they defeated Kildare County to win a place in the League of Ireland First Division.
