Derry City came from behind at Tolka Park to ruin Alan Mathews’ debut as the Reds' new boss. Michael Coburn gave Mathews’ reign the perfect start when putting Shels in front after just two minutes. But Derry hit back to level on 68 minutes when Coburn allowed the ball to bounce and Mark Farren pounced to socre. Thomas McBride then won it for Derry on 88 minutes when heading home David McDaid’s cross as Derry maintain their ten point lead. |
