Graham Cummins scored twice as Cork stunned Limerick at Jackman Park to make it two wins on the spin.
Cummins fired home Eoin Forde’s cross to put Cork in front on 35 minutes.
Striker Cummins, who also scored in last week’s 4-2 win over Mervue, made it 2-0 on the hour mark before Davin O’Neill added the third on 67 minutes.
Substitute Robbie Kelleher got Limerick’s consolation goal ten minutes from time.
