An early goal from Matthew Crossan saw Finn Harps make it two wins on the spin to move them up to second place in the table overnight.

Crossan scored a stunning free-kick after just four minutes at Gortakeegan to end Monaghan's unbeaten start.

Philly Hughes missed a 71st minute penalty for Monaghan before Mick Cooke's side had defender Conor McMahon sent off six minutes from time.
