Longford's good start ended at Jackman Park as Limerick got their first win of the campaign. John Tierney put Limerick ahead on 55 minutes when latching onto a ball over the top to blast to the net. Three minutes later, Shane Treacy fired home a penalty to earn Pat Scully's side all three points. |
