Eamon Zayed, Conan Byrne and Shaun Williams scored a brace apiece as Sporting Fingal finally signalled their intent as they went goal crazy to inflict a record defeat on Kildare at Station Road.

The game was over at half-time after goals from Zayed, Byrne and a penalty from Robbie Doyle.

Zayed got his second four minutes into the second half before midfielder Williams rowed in with a brace on 66 and 69 minutes.

Byrne got his second nine minutes later before winger Ross Gaynor completed the rout eight minutes from time.
