Fourth-placed Waterford United got back to winning ways, beating Mervue by the narrowest of margins at the RSC. Gary Dunphy had a first half penalty saved by Mervue keeper Eoin Martin after a foul on David Grincell. Striker Grincell then won it for Blues with the only goal of the game three minutes into the second half when shooting home following Stephen Grant's pass. |
