Graham Cummins topped and tailed this win at Flancare Park to move Blues back up to third place in the table. Alan Carey’s cross was headed home by Cummins to put Blues in front after ten minutes. Cummins then turned provider with the delivery for Willie John Kiely to beat Danny O’Leary with another header. Jason McCartney gave Town hope with a goal back on 75 minutes when he rounded Michael Devine after Tom King played him through on goal. But Cummins hit back to seal the win with his second of the night eight minutes from time, tapping home after O’Leary fumbled John Kearney’s cross.
