Veteran striker Glen Crowe is adamant his Sporting Fingal side can reverse a first leg deficit against CS Marítimo tonight at Dalymount Park (7.45pm) to seal a spot in the third qualifying round of the Europa League. The twice-capped Irish striker gave the Dubliners a first-half lead in the first meeting between the sides seven days ago, an advantage they held until twelve minutes from the end. That equaliser prompted a flurry of late goals, culminating in stoppage time winner for the Portuguese side with the last intervention of the game. Crowe, likely to lead the attack for Liam Buckley's Airtricity League side, is certain Fingal will create the chances to earn a win that would set up a meeting against the victor from the Bangor City or Honko Espoo in the next round. "We've got a great chance to do it. It's important that we don't concede but we'll look to probe them. It's up to us to pass the ball as we did in the first half last week, not in the second when we conceded three late goals. "One goal for us could do it, so we won't need to be chasing the game. We've got 90 minutes to score and we'll be patient, even if the goal has to come in the last minute. "Maritimo are up there with the best teams I've played against in Europe and it gives is confidence that we managed to keep a clean sheet against them until the 77th minute. "They shift the ball around the pitch well so we have to be disciplined. There are areas that we could tighten up on but overall it was a good result out there." He added: "They're a good side and I don't see them sitting back at Dalymount protecting their lead. I don't see them changing the way they play so we're preparing for that." As for own side's strengths, the ex-Bohemians and Shelbourne hitman reckons they won't be overhauling their approach in their search for at least one goal. "When we have the ball, Liam (Buckley) wants us to play the same," he said. "It's about passing the ball, moving it and knowing your position, because it's not a 4-4-2 we play, it's a 4-3-3. "So it's about understanding your position and playing to our strengths. But when we don't have the ball, Maritimo can hurt use a lot more than teams in our league would so it's about trying to keep the ball when you have it and maintaining your discipline when you don't have it." In team news, Buckley will make at last one change to his line-up for last week's outing in Madeira as Colin Hawkins is sidelined with broken ribs. Shaun Maher could step in to starr.
