Tallaght Stadium sold out again
The Sold Out signs will be up at Tallaght Stadium once again as all tickets for Good Friday’s game between Shamrock Rovers and Cork City have been sold.

With 2,500 season ticket holders, this was always likely to happen as the capacity at Tallaght Stadium is currently limited to 3,500 until the 3,000-seater East Stand is completed.

“This is the third full house in succession for us,” says Hoop’s chairman, Jonathan Roche. “The new stand on the east side of the stadium can’t come soon enough.

“But while we’re delighted to have sold out the Cork City game, we know that many people will be disappointed that they can’t get to see Shamrock Rovers in Tallaght.

“Tickets for Monday’s EA Sports Cup tie against Kildare County are still available. As season tickets aren’t valid for that game it’s a great opportunity for new fans to experience Shamrock Rovers.”
